Products and pricing

We make every effort to display our products and prices accurately. Prices are in GBP and may change without notice. We may cancel an order if a product or price was listed in error, and will refund any payment taken.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch your items. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, for example if fraud is suspected.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure payment providers.

Delivery and returns

Delivery is described in our Shipping Policy and returns in our Refund Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images and logos, belongs to Orolane Jewellery and may not be used without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for anything that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of your order.
