Moissanite is a lab-grown gemstone with a refractive index of about 2.65 (diamond is 2.42), a hardness of 9.25 on the Mohs scale (diamond is 10), and a dispersion of about 0.104 against diamond's 0.044, so it throws more fire in the light.

Very beautiful, you can buy without fear. I will buy more too. It's hollow inside so it doesn't weigh much, but it bends easily and can break, so you have to be careful.
